ToddlerTown offers you a fast & efficient delivery throughout Australia. Postage on orders will be priced by Australia Post.
Free delivery is available for all orders over $150.00 (within Australia).
Some large items may incur extra delivery costs - this will be indicated within the item description.
We appreciate your orders and aim to have them packaged and sent by the next business day. If there is a delay for any reason we will contact you.
Parcels are sent via Australia Post - please allow 2 - 5 working days from dispatch. ToddlerTown cannot be held responsible for the delays in the postage service for either local or international customers.
Registered Post:
All deliveries are sent via registered post - this allows for proof of posting, the added safety of signage on delivery and compensation for loss or damage up to $100.
Express Post:
Express post delivery available and is calculated at the checkout.
Worldwide Delivery:
We deliver worldwide via Australia Post Airmail services. As a guide, estimated time for delivery is 2 weeks - unfortunately we have no control over postal services and it may take longer. Shipping details will be confirmed once your order has been received or please contact us for a quote.
Returns/Exchanges
All items will be checked prior to despatch with all care taken to ensure each item is packed safely to minimise damage in transit. If the product you ordered is damaged or incorrect (not what you ordered) please contact us within 7 days of receipt to discuss refund or exchange options.
Damaged products will need to be returned to us for assessment (in original packaging). Please note ToddlerTown will not refund freight charges on delivery and return of goods.
We do not provide refunds or exchange if you change your mind.
